This works better that nylon bolts that came with the toilet seat mount. Just make sure the rubber washer goes under the top metal washer and not the bolt itself as shown in instruction pictures. The bottom picture mounting is correct.

I bought 2 of the shower heads the first time. One of them had a defective part. The seller did make it right for me which was great. I ordered another 1 at a later date which was advertised as the same as the other two 12 by 12 inches at the same price as the previous ones. It showed up as a 10 by 12 inch. I contacted the seller and was informed he didn’t he didn’t carry the 12 by 12s anymore. I believe I should have been told this before receiving it. The seller did make the first one right .
