We recieved the item early and were excited but then opened the box to find that it arrived damaged. We immediately reached out to the seller a week ago, with no reply. So we then requested a refund and still have not recieved any reply. We now have an item we paid over $250 for that we cannot use. We would like the seller to exchange the product and make it right, but we can't seem to get a reply.
