Was shipped in an envelope with no toploader or any protection but seller did offer a refund but not a word of apology for the inconvenience. I'd shop with someone who knows what they are doing and actually cares - this seller clearly doesn't.

I always try my best to meet the needs of my customers, but in this case i made an error. I acknowledged the error and quickly refunded the full cost of the purchase. In my opinion this customer went too far in the feedback. I will always consider feedback but to ask future customers to not buy from me crossed several lines. I think that the feedback says more about them than about my years of consistent care and service to the Ebay community.
