Resin statue had broken pieces when delivered. Item was negligently put in shipper box without further protection around items in box. Also nothing to warn contents are fragile.
I felt the seller was way more defensive when issue was brought to attention and reactive rather than being proactive and finding amicable resolution instead, which sadly remains unaccomplished in what could have been a great transaction.
