Terrible experience. Avoid. Zero communication for 12 days then "seller claims factory was in holiday" and can ship that same day via express. Then they claim the battery is defective but it was supposed to be brand new from Toshiba. They have the same battery in another listing with 2 supposedly in stock. Completely wasted my time and I had to message more than once to get a response. Seller was completely unprofessional!
