As president of a major pharmaceutical empire, Peter Haskell has everything: power, position, a career, and a family that means everything to him and for which he has sacrificed a great deal. Compromise has been key in Peter Haskell's life, and integrity is the base on which he lives. Olivia Thatcher is the wife of a famous senator. She has given her husband's ambitions and career until her soul is bone-dry. She is trapped in a web of duty and obligation, married to a man she once loved and no longer even knows. I don't really know what or how much you can say about a Danielle Steele novel. The title of the book caught my attention, "Five Days in Paris." I am fascinated with the idea of visiting Paris someday. So anything with the word Paris in it peaks my interest. I just received the book today, so haven't read it yet, but the jacket covers promises Five Days in Paris will "change my life forever!"

  • Romantic! I've read it over and over!

    An awesome book!

  • Five Days in Paris

Along with Agatha Christie, Danielle Steel is in my opinion the best female writer in the world, She is one of my favorite writers, I have read most of her novels, I wont divulge any plots of this book because if you are like me you dont wont to know the plots until you reach them in the book. But I do highly recomend this book.
