Pictures of item were unintentionally misleading and description was short and vague. Jacket arrived without what appeared to be a fur lining on the hood in two pictures. An honest mistake when taking a picture repeated twice, front and back. But when I contacted the seller he became defensive and insulting. We spent the better part of a week going back and forth before I was able to get my refund, after threatening to have eBay and my credit card company involved.

the TITLE and ITEM DESCRIPTION said nothing of a fur attached the hood of snowboard jacket. The only photo slightly depicting a fur on the hood was the first photo and than you can clearly see in the other photos like the back of jacket that there was NO FUR. Im sorry I normally have no problem accepting returns but that reason I just thought ws absolutely ridiculous. If it doesn't fit just say that.
