the item was definitely not just "open box" as it had some marks on the feet but overall it's in very good condition and the battery is at nearly full capacity, the shipping was a little on the expensive side but that seems to be standard pricing and it did arrive quite fast overall pleased with my purchase

Great laptop
I purchased this laptop to replace my gaming pc and it does really well doing so. The laptop comes with two type c ports with one having display out. I use the display out to dock my laptop on my multi monitor setup. I did have some issues with multiple monitors with occasional blue screens when the laptop detects my extra screens. I also had the issue of integrated graphics interfering with some games out of the box. This was easy to fix with the nvidia control panel but if I could change one thing about the laptop I would change the fact that the display on the laptop outputs from the integrated graphics instead of the gpu. The laptop has great performance crushing all the games I throw at it. Another downside to the laptop was the fact that it did not have an rj45 port but the WiFi 6 ... Best laptop 2020. Mine is produced in September 2020. The SSD has been changed from 660P to SN530 which has better performance and low temperature. The AMD R9 is absolutely a beast. Great performance with low volt. The only part i would complain is the memory. 8GB is soldered on board. It means that i could not upgrade to 64G. I could only upgrade to 40GB (8G+32G). I'll try to keep this concise, and tell the average buyer what I would have wanted to know before buying. First off, performance; its fantastic with no problems at all in any games I have played (Modern Warfare @ High @ ~100fps, Siege @ High @ <100fps, Control @ Medium @ ~65fps, etc.). Secondly, the laptop is EXTREMLY well built (if Macbook is 10/10, this is easily a 9). Lastly, while there have been many software problems, I haven't run into one without an immediate update solution!
