My Zippo was in perfect/new condition. Which was great to see. Since I'm in the US and this was an import I was worried about any damage, shipping time, and customs. But the lighter was packed very protectively. And because I'm in a different country from the seller- they informed me about customs and how they would have to ship it with the insert dissembled so it wouldn't be a problem. Shipping time was only four days. Super happy with this service.
