Item as described. The shipper did respond in a timely manner on a question I had concerning shipping the item. However, the respond from the seller was very negative and part of his comment was uncalled for. When I asked about expediting the item, their response was, "I can't get put you in front of other customers". I didn't ask that, I just asked for expedited shipping. In the future, just yes or no whether you can't accommodate the customer.
