Honestly one of the most upsetting and frustrating experiences I've had buying something online. The seller advertised a model of a lens that was supposed to have autofocus - the Pentax "FA" series. I paid for the item and when it arrived it was an older model which only had manual focus. I tried to resolve it by getting a refund for the price difference, but the seller ignored all my mails. I then returned it and had to pay import duties of £60 which were non-refundable. Worst experience!!!!!!!
