I am in discussions with the seller. At this time it is not resolved. The item was described exactly as the genuine US manufactured Torq Master unit with a lifetime warranty and was purchased on that basis including the very expensive US postage costs. What has been delivered is a Chinese counterfeit or clone with absolutely nil documentation. I am awaiting a response from the seller regarding installation details, ISO Standards and warranty. I am very unhappy at this time.

Never listed OE. Buyer never tried our part but ask for compensation.We have offered free return and make full refund to buyer but he is asking for 50$ refunded without returning part. We couldn't make compromise.

I bought this for my vehicle, it was as advertised, packages was great, no issues with delivery. I wished however, that the product came with the gas kit or at least have a " frequently bought together feature" making it easy to shop for the product's gas kit.
