Well sometimes transactions get messed up and the wrong item gets delivered to a customer. The real test of a seller's credibility is how the mistake is handled, Jess from Shocker Hitch was responsive, handled the mistake very prompt. She had my replacement hitch on the way the same day that she received my email ! Emailed me tracking and a label to return the incorrect hitch. What a great company and we will definitely be doing business with in the future !!! Thank you

Fast shipping, great price and the product was exactly as described. These are really nice, most of the trailer channels are 3” to 3.25” wide and cause a lot of slop. Im building a trailer and looked hard to find a better one. These ones are an honest 2-7/8” inside. Very happy with it. Will definitely buy from this manufacturer again.

Seller DID NOT send the item that was listed. When arrived, it was delivered TO MY OWN HANDS by UPS. Wife and I opened it to find it DENTED and had a TWELVE INCH SCRATCH* I IMMEDIATELY called seller. He blamed UPS driver. I told him no way* it was well packed and boxed, but there was no way UPS scratched it. He wanted pics, which we sent. He said he get back with us. But never did* Beware 'bait and switch' selling. Never again would I buy from this crooked seller. Never****

Apologies, we do strive to have great customer service. Please reach out again if you do not have contact from us. We try our best to get every order correct and corrected if needed. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over how the items arrive to our customers, but we will work with them to get it corrected as best we can. As for refurbished, there may be some markings due to them being refurbished, however, nothing excessive as we do touch ups as needed. Again, we do appoligize.
