The phone case is new as shown in their comment they are speaking about a sticker on the outside of the box that was shown in the listing. However, I still would have been willing to give this buyer a refund, as I offer refunds, had they CONTACTED ME before leaving feedback. They refuse to respond or provide any evidence to support their claim that the case is used or defective. This is incredibly frustrating & sad. Ebay should REQUIRE buyers to MESSAGE SELLERS prior to leaving negative feedback
