Items had significant flaws that were not pictured or mentioned in description. Monster Beat magazine was torn in half and not the full item, Decomposition Book had writing inside it. Both were in worse condition than the listing suggested. Refund was given, but I would recommend asking for detailed photos before buying anything from this seller.

The photo showed that the magazine only had one page and was significantly damaged. The book had a few letters on only one page among many - I missed it. The problem was solved, the buyer received a refund of the entire amount paid and I allowed him to leave the item at home. I'm only human and I can make mistakes :)
