Worst purchase made. This person will take your money!!! Of all the purchases I've made over the past 7 years, this is the most regretful one. They refuse to refund your money when you are not happy with a purchase. They advertised an item as a male bag and it's not it's a purse. It's not worth it... they refuse to respond to their customers and the shipping took forever. They had withdrawn my money but didn't ship the item for almost a week. I had to message them several times.

When u request a return,Ebay reminds me that I can disagree, but I still agree, because 100% your satisfaction is my ideal. A full refund issued on the day when I receive the returned , but eBay determines that u should pay for the return shipping, which is why u dont receive a full refund. Order tracking information shows that your order was shipped the same day.My only regret is that u arent satisfied with the return shipping fee.
