Description was accurate, complete and actually useful. Seller responded to questions promptly. Prices were very reasonable and fair. Washer has always had intermittent code F-21 (22?) Problems. I think pump was problem for years. Washer is now flawless .

Cheaper than buying from the actual distributor and that is even in US dollars. Did not arrive in time but DHL the shipper sent an email about duty being due and it looked like a scam email, so I ignored and therefore it got held up and just arrived today June 14th. And I did in fact not have to pay duty, so not sure what DHL would have done with the $18.99 they wanted me to pay. Happy with the seller, not happy with DHL shipping.
