An absolute must for needleworkers of every level of proficiency.

Owned this book, let daughter borrow it, never saw it again! The book itself is amazing (the reason I went looking for it again). Photos should be taken of content (beautifully detailed), would fly off the shelf. An absolute must for knitters and crocheters.

  • Instant pleasure

This book was a replacement for one I had lost in my many moves. The contents are wonderful. Even though I am in my 70's I still enjoy doing needlework. The only problem I have with the book is that it smells musty. Not sure from dampness or smoking. I have placed several fabric softener sheets in the pages hoping they will do the trick. But overall this is well worth the money. Thank you.

  • Awesome instruction book

I got this book when it first came out way back when. I loved it then, but somehow it was misplaced, so I found a replacement in a 'used' book store. It, too, was eventually lost. For years I have looked for one of these and finally found it here on eBay. I highly recommend this book for beginning learners. I taught myself how to knit by following the step by step guide in this book. There are patterns in it that I really love, too. It's also a great guide for crochet, and other needle crafts.

  • Lots and lots of GREAT information on EVERYTHING Needle Craft!

There is so much to learn from the contents of this book. They have covered most everything the beginner (and beyond) needs to know to get started in nearly every needle work genre. The graphics are helpful, if you are more a visual learner. The written instructions are well thought out and the material is all well presented.
