Sadly we’ve ordered the gloves and didn’t read the title that SINGLE was written in it, but the pictures said GLOVES, not GLOVE. So far our mistake, but we wanted a full refund, simply because 1. the QUALITY IS NOT GOOD and 2. because of our own mistake, we’ve expected 2 of them. The Seller offered us a refund of 0.55p, which is unacceptable. This isn’t a „good customer relationship“. Other shops have cheaper and better Quality Products! Disappointing!

The order arrived most definitely not as described. They were not brand-new tote bags with tags. They were in fact dirty and unusable. 2 bags have writing on it the rest had dirty marks all over and they came mismatched some were white some were cream and a completely different material.
I emailed the seller 4 days ago and no response! I would like a refund, please see images attached.
Avoid seller and these items!!!!!!
