Seller was very helpful and patient in setting up quote for freight charge while eBay did everything they could to make the process much more difficult than necessary (not allowing sharing of contact info between two parties that have an agreed upon transaction).   The AD's "Contact seller for DETAILS page" SAID FREE SHIPPING to USA. Seller REFUSED to refund me for SHIPPING "and their lack of attention and communication was very costly to me. They ignored me "even though I had paid UNDUE SHIPPING in full" upfront and "REFUNDED ME AGAINST EBAY POLICIES"; Stating to EBAY, I ASKED FOR FULL A REFUND and then "sold the product to another buyer at a much higher price" to the Seller's unjust gain. EBAY did not enforce EBAY'S policies AT ALL. Big surprise.
