Im sure the item is of good quality but customer service is non existent. I mistakenly ordered this but tried to cancel the order 1 hour and a couple minutes later and told it could not be cancelled. April 27-30 it should have arrived. Early May I let them know it was not delivered yet and tried to cancel the order again. Instead was given 2 different reasons why it was not shipped, they put in a new order for it and I received it 15 days after the original delivery date. AND THIS IS ACCEPTABLE
