The tape had an issue with tracks blending with each other at the end of track 4. They're getting old. These issues come up. Tom was good with helping to resolve this. Communication was very good. I don't expect a seller to sit there and listen to the whole tape after it's been restored or before shipment. Received a refund in a timely manner. No harm no foul. Thank you.
