    Finally arrived, was worried it wouldn’t be shipped as label was created but not actually shipped for almost a week. Was loosely packed in a plastic bag that had shipping damage holes all over package. Carrier left it outside in the rain. I haven’t tried lighting yet waiting for it to dry out.

    Statement about label created and not shipped for a week is blatantly false. Shipping history clearly shows label created Sunday and package received by local PO Tuesday. Issue with packaging being torn and damaged by USPS is not seller's fault, nor is the fact that it was left in the rain. Regardless, buyer did not have the courtesy to contact seller FIRST to try to notify and then resolve ANY issue with the item. Yet buyer left this feedback anyway. Such buyers make Ebay a drag for sellers.

    Not activating

    Serial number working only for 30 days, program not activating for using program all time because old adobe servers down.
