a nice change from the common workout program

What a fun workout!
I am bored easily by repetitive workout tapes, but this Bellydance tape kept both my heart rate and my interest up! I learned some good dance moves as well as some good aerobic moves. Some of the dance moves require basic dance skills like balance and rhythm, so if you lack in that department, you might have to use the tape a few times before you catch on. A lot of fun!
I bought this video as a fun way to mix up my workouts. It was a little hard to catch on at first, but you soon get the hang of it! This video is very calm and soothing, but at the same time really gives you a good workout. If you ever wanted to learn how to belly dance to lose weight, this is a great video!

Lots of Fun
This video was a lot of fun. I actually had an easier time with this product than I'd had with Carmen Elektra's work out videos, and the work out was a lot more productive. I felt well stretched and my heart rate was up, and the moves were so easy.

Fantastic Time
Wish I would have had this sooner. This video is excellent for inroduction to belly dancing and burning calories. The narrator really keeps you on beat and track, so you can't go wrong. Did I mention how fun it is?
