      Easy to take.

      Well, I had to take a tablet about 1/2 hour before bed, because the night before, I took the tablet just before bedtime and it took a long time before I fell asleep.

      Great sleep aid!

      I have been using this product over many years. I do not take it regularly as that would not be a good idea but I do use a half of one every now and then. This half pill has always given me a great sleep. When you have had a few bad sleep nights in a row it’s nice to know you can count on this to break that.
