This is an awesome replacement for the original. Very well engineered, and manufactured. I’m sure it will be around longer than I will be. I highly recommend this product! The customer service is amazing! Thanks Jim!

Great transaction. The chuck on my 1945 South Bend 9A lathe was stuck. I realized shortly after buying it. No way to know the last time the lathe was run or when the chuck was last removed. I decided to give the wedge block a chance before trying more invasive (or destructive) solutions. After three days of (a lot of) WD-40 and hitting the chuck with a soft mallet, I was able to remove it. I believe I cracked the wedge in the process but I’m still grateful for this product.
