A reworking of the beloved anime series ALL PURPOSE CULTURAL CAT GIRL NUKU NUKU, DASH! updates its predecessor's basic premise of a feline android superheroine with a more pronounced emphasis on romantic comedy. This time around, Nuku Nuku is a renegade cat-girl robot who escapes from the evil Mishima corporation and hides out with the unsuspecting Natsume family under the guise of an amnesia victim. But life begins to get complicated at the Natsume household when 14-year-old Ryunosuke develops a schoolboy crush on his family's beautiful new houseguest even as she continues her undercover superheroine exploits. Featuring much more sexual innuendo than its parent series, the anime is presented in its entirety with this collection of 12 episodes.

    SIMPLY "DASHING"

    WHEN I PURCHASED THIS SERIES...I HAD THOUGHT IT WAS BASED OFF THE EARLIER STORY OF THE CAT GIRL NUKU NUKU...BUT THAT WAS NOT TO BE...AT FIRST I WAS DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE OF THAT "LOSS OF CONNECTION" ...AS IT WAS WELL APPARENT THAT THIS "NUKU NUKU DASH" WAS A COMPLETELY NEW STORY...THE CHARACTERS WERE THE SAME...BUT DIFFERENT IN WAYS...RYUNOSUKE IS A TAD BIT OLDER...NUKU ISN'T AS PLAYFUL ....RYU'S MOM HAD A DIFFERENT ROLE IN MICHIMA ...AND HIS DAD ISN'T AS MUCH OF A GENIUS HE WAS IN THE FIRST SERIES. WITH THAT SAID...AFTER WATCHING THE WHOLE SERIES I CHANGED MY POINT OF VIEW...THIS IS A COMPLETE NEW "STAND ALONE" STORY LINE... A TAD MORE SERIOUS AND DRAMATIC... IT ACTUALLY PLAYED OUT VERY WELL ...AND HAS A VERY SATISFYING CONCLUSION THE DRAWBACK IS YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE AND WATCH ALL ...
