Il prodotto che ho ricevuto era danneggiato (come si nota in foto) e, nonostante i miei tentativi di risolvere la questione con il venditore, ho ricevuto una risposta scortese e poco professionale. Il prodotto era completamente SIGILLATO, e infatti nelle foto non c'era proprio alcun danno. Inoltre è stato lei che già al primo approccio ha aggredito e vessato le ragazze dell'assistenza, che sono persone che lavorano, e non sono lì per essere umiliate. Dopodiché, non contento delle offese, è passato direttamente alle minacce. Nonostante tutto ciò le ragazze le hanno indicato di fare il normale reso per il rimborso, ma nemmeno quello andava bene. Veda lei chi in realtà deve vergognarsi.

La chiavetta non funzionava (non perché fosse danneggiata). Il venditore è stato corretto e gentile e ha accettato la restituzione ed effettuato rapidamente il rimborso. Trovo però che dovrebbe selezionare con maggiore attenzione i prodotti che distribuisce perché chi acquista è portato a fidarsi delle valutazioni tutte positive degli acquirenti e confida nella qualità dei prodotti acquistati. Non un danno ma una fastidiosa perdita di tempo per tutti.

"Gentile" cliente, abbiamo accettato il reso a nostre spese, e le vorremmo ricordare che le spedizioni le paghiamo. Tra l'altro la chiavetta controllata con un software funzionava regolarmente.Seppure fosse stata difettosa, è un pezzo su varie decine venduti. Non è mancato controllo della merce.Lei ha perso tempo, noi abbiamo perso denaro, e senza nessuna colpa.I feedback neutri ci danneggiano, e dovrebbe imparare a pesare le parole che usa.Non acquisti più da noi, cosi ci guadagniamo tutti.
