Took very long time to ship and surprised us with needing our own customs broker to clear the shipment instead of shipping single items via UPS or DHL. Commercial invoice was incomplete and customs broker needed country of origin. Vendor guessed CHINA which resulted in a 25% additional customs duty fee. Correct origin was Philippines so all customs clearance documentation had to be re-done ! They used secondary packing which is the best. Most of my US based vendors do not which results in broken items and frustrates the buyer as well as the seller.
