We discounted the item for them. We shipped the item (insured) on time and it was delivered on time. The buyer was rude as soon as we asked what was wrong. They refused our help. They ignored our communication and questions. Then left us this ridiculous feedback as a “gotcha”. We did everything correctly on our end, and “went above and beyond” as eBay likes to tell us we should. Shame on this customer, shame on eBay. Sellers beware.
