    My favorite yoga DVD when I hurt!

    No matter how many routines I do, I always go back to this yoga work-out for a great stretch that seems effortless and yet leaves me feeling so relaxed and limber. It's wonderful when I'm in pain and need to get on with my day.

    This DVD should not be rated for beginners. Too difficult for beginners.

    I am definitely a beginner. I knew nothing about Yoga before I sent for this video. This DVD should not be rated for beginners. It goes very fast and is much too difficult. I would not recommend it to anyone who is a beginner. Much too advanced.

    Yoga Zone-Introduction to Yoga for Beginners

    Never trying Yoga before this DVD is great at training the basics on proper breathing and posture. This is just the thing I need for stretching and a noticeable difference in helping relieve back pain.
