The Continuation of an Innovative Transformers story
The Second Season is the continuation of the storyline, picking up right after the destruction of the second Moon and culminating with the discovery of the Ark. The season is just as action-packed as the first, with the introduction of the Transmetals and Fuzors. Although season 2 is shorter than season 1, it still has a lot of content and improved graphics along with a larger cast. If you are a fan of the original Transformers, then Beast Wars provides you with an opportunity to enjoy the saga, but this time with the descendants of the Autobots and Decepticons fighting on prehistoric Earth for the elusive Energon crystals and a way of getting back to Cybertron as animal transformers.The Second Season is the continuation of the storyline, picking up right after the destruction of the second Moon and culminating with the discovery of the Ark. The stakes are raised and friends are lost in the 2nd season of the Emmy award-winning hit Beast Wars. One of the great cartoons of the 90s
While admittedly the special features leave much to be desired, that's not why you buy something like this. You buy it because you remember how cool it was as a kid, and when you do get it the added years and intelligence make you realize just how great it really is. beast wars - season 2
My kids and I ordered the complete season 1 package first, and after we watched it, we couldn't wait to order season 2 and 3. As before, the computer generated artwork is beautiful, the stories are involving, but probably one of the things we like the best are the voices of the characters. While we see lots of reviews about the animation, the voice actors are at least as big an attraction for us. The only downside to the second season is that it is only a 2 disc set and not a 4 disc set like season 1 was. We just want more of a good thing! Beast Wars a pleasant alternate view
With humor, some childlike some subtle adult, gorgeous CGI graphics, solid writing and an easy to follow storyline that goes from one episode to the next this is a solid set. After watching Season One I enjoyed it so much I came to ebay and bought the next 2 seasons immediately. First time I have ever been prompted to do so.
