    Muscletech phase 8 protien

    Protein powder was recommended to me by a trainer and another person .. bc I hurt my calf walking and I was getting alot of cramps in my legs and they seemed weak they said this protein might help so I mix it in my low carb slim fast shake every morning and it has helped .... I have just ordered 2 more containers of it ... I think I will b using this for a long time... great taste also ...

    Why I chose this product

    This product mixed very easily even though it has casein protein as well as whey protein in it. I still use a shaker cup of course, tastes good and is kinda like a meal replacement (keeps me full if I need it to) even though I know it's not an actual meal replacement. Mainly got it because of the casein protein.

    This is my main protein supplement source. It appears to be fitting the bill. It will not give you major bulk gains, But will boost your protein intake. I do take 2 scoops twice a day.

    Phase8 Choc best tasting out there.

    I have tried several others. This is it! Just add milk, banana & 2 tbs of PB. The serving spoon they give you is GIANT. Just half scoop in blender provides enough rich, thick, froth.
