Snail mail, no response. I messaged seller a while back and never heard back. I ordered a poster from china at same time and it got here before this sticker. Seller used an old amazon envelope with no protection and sticker got messed up in transit. I would avoid this seller and use a more reputable seller instead. This has been a bad experience.
