I ordered cordless cellular shades. They took 14 days to arrive. The pictures showed mounting brackets and handles for the shades. They did not arrive with the package. I was able to purchase the brackets and handles on my own at a cost of about $25 after shipping. I requested a $25 refund. No response from the seller.
