They were trying to do the right thing by posting it not long after purchase but ultimately failed to recognise is was pick up only. I did not pay additional for postage and the seller was demanding I pay. Communications broke down.

    I have it in writing from you that you will refund the $10.50 postage as a contractual condition of the sale as I was not available for pickup due to personal work commitments. This was posted 13th July and now 21st September. Please return my goods in their original state they were sent at your own expense for a full refund. I have reported you to Ebay for not complying with Ebay rules and they will subsequently be in contact to take legal matters to refund my $10.50, which is theft
