    Good movie in a GREAT SERIES! A must see for fans of HARRY POTTER!

    The first time I watched this movie I didn't care for it but after watching it again, I've changed my opinion. I was very disappointed that a beloved character was killed but I did enjoy the plot. It had a different feel to it than the first 4 movies. After watching the last 2 movies in the series (The Deathly Hallows I & II) the Half Blood Prince makes alot more sense. It also helps to use subtitles while watching these movies. That way you can really know what they are talking about. Some of their British accents are hard to understand and you can easily miss alot of what's going on. All in all, if you like Harry Potter you will enjoy this movie. Watch it several times and as I said before, use the subtitles. GREAT ENTERTAINMENT for the whole family!

    This is the Worst of the Potter Series

    This particular movie is dark, violent, and, unlike all the others that preceded it, dull. Harry Potter movies although shallow as literature, are at least usually exciting. The real problem with Harry is the movie's incitement toward witchcraft. If you're one of the 1 in 100 who step into these practices because of Harry's tempting stories, don't expect to finish well like he does. Real witchcraft leads to real evil, and people who get mixed up in it really change. "Half Blood Prince" is another doorway into a haunted, dark life. Better to stick with Frodo or maybe "Planet of the Apes".

    "BETTER THAN EVER, A TRIUMPH OF VISUAL WONDER AND EMOTIONAL STORYTELLING." AS LORD VOLDEMORT TIGHTENS HIS GRIP ON BOTH THE MUGGLE AND WIZARDING WORLDS. HORWARTS IS NO LONGER A SAFE HAVEN. HARRY SUSPECTS PERLIS MAY EVEN LIE WITHIN THE CASTLE, BUT DUMBLEDORE IS MORE INTENT UPON PREPARING HIM FOR THE FINAL BATTLE FAST APPROACHING. TOGETHER THEY WORK TO FIND THE KEY TO UNLOCK VOLDEMORT'S DEFENSES AND TO THIS END. DUMBLEDORE RECRUITS HIS OLD FRIEND AND COLLEAGUE HORACE SLUGHORN, WHO HE BELIEVES HOLDS CRUCIAL INFORMATION. EVEN AS THE DECISIVE SHOWDOWN LOOMS, ROMANCE BLOSSOMS FOR HARRY. RON, HERMIONE AND THEIR CLASSMATES. LOVE IS IN THE AIR, BUT DANGER LIES AHEAD AND HOGWARTS MAY NEVER BE THE SAME AGAIN.

    half-blood prince

    harry potter- the name that just about everyone knows,even if they have not read the books or watched the movies. this year at hogwarts they have a new potions professor,as professor snape has finally gotten his hearts desire and became the defense against the dark arts,teacher. so harry potter arrives with out a book for potions, he takes one from the cupboard and finds that the previous owner-the 'half-blood prince' has written in the book things that make harry the,best potions student ever. he travels with professor dumbledore in his search for the horcrux, belonging to voldemort. and some of the students are finding romance.

    It is an awsome film great action andd a complete surprise ending...loved it!!! I would recommend this to all my friends with children and for children of all ages. All the actors have amturd into their roles and have become more inspiring.
