The item arrived with multiple damages. Seller's claim it's the carrier fault but the item was only in a plastic bag in a big box with a lot of space without protection. Worst packaging ever.

Hello - our packaging was more than adequate and none of our customers have this issue. However, sometimes shipments are grossly mishandled while en route with the carrier. This was a purchase through the global shipping program and ebay takes the responsibility to ship from the US hub to your international destination. As we have instructed, you must file a claim with ebay regarding the damaged shipment.
