The replacement box was never sent. I tried messaging again, and seller said box would be sent out that day. To date no replacement box has been sent.     Good phone, but short battery life.

    I like the phone very well. It is just the right size - I don't like a big smart phone. The only thing that disappoints me so far is the battery life. If I use the phone very much at all, the battery doesn't last the whole day. I wish I could buy an extended life battery, but I haven't found one available yet.

    Nototiously bad GPS, no root access

    If you are just an average phone user and not looking for root access, then this is a decent smaller form factor smart phone with Android 5.1 (once updated OTA) and water resistant (or so it says, I've not tested that). But while other versions of this phone have been cracked for root access, this one has not. So the best ad blockers and backup software won't work on it. If you are not on AT&T, you are better off to look at a different version. This phone, and all of the other versions of the 5 mini, have notoriously bad GPS. Don't expect it to work AT ALL indoors and it will take a very long time to get a lock outdoors. It's a problem with the antenna connection, and all of the fixes I've tried (everything short of taking it apart) has not lasted. If you don't have this issue, then ...

    Phone is good no loopback but others not original

    The phone is ok but the back cover was not original so is the battery but the box is sealed. I dont mind cos i only need the phone and I have enough good battery and original back cover to use. The back cover broke the minute I open the the back to install sim card.

    For the price its oka

    Í Buy 2 phones. Í have to charge the battery many times in a day. One item looks like new but the other it have many scratch. So if you buy these buy onother battery.

    Disappointed

    I have not been able to even use my phone as the battery that was shipped with it is no good! The seller AWESOME WIRELESS has not sent a new oneas they had promised So at this point it was like tossing $120 out the window. I'm just saying this is the experience I've had with them . Not happy with cuatomer service!!!!
