This seller sold me this camera without working, it took 1 month to deliver, I asked for a refund and the camera arrived but it doesn't work, now I have a problem, the seller wants the return camera after and from the Dominican Republic, the return is expensive and the agency where It arrived that they do not return cell phones and electrical items, I explained to the seller and he wants his camera back but it is of no use. I prefer to pay a more expensive return instead of paying for something

First of all, the buyer has both the item and my money. He grew impatient when the item got stuck in customs and was refunded as a result. A day or two later, the item was delivered. I messaged the buyer asking to either send the item back or pay back the money they were refunded. I was met with immediate hostility including threats of "come and get it" I am working with both ebay and paypal to deal with this buyer as I have not been returned the item that was previously working nor my money.
