      Less messy than eating natto

      I tried soybean natto for the enzyme and K2. Store-bought natto is expensive, nasty to eat, and caused a little unexpected bowel looseness. I'm going with the enzyme capsules and also taking serrapeptase on a alternating day basis at 10 PM.

      Miarcle in a bottle!

      Nattokinase combined with Serrapeptase is great for lowering blood pressure. It's said it removes the gunk in veins and arteries. I have experienced no negative side effects and the b.p. lowering was almost immediate and has remained that way. Since taking this my blood pressure is always normal or lower. Would highly advise that others give it a try!
