Refresh Memory Problems
I started taking Pycnogenol because I understood it to be a good anti oxidant. Well 2 weeks after I started taking it I noticed a definite improvement in my ability to recall names of places and people I had previously had to struggle with. I told my sister in law about it and she started taking it and it worked that way for her too! The last time I ran out I couldn't find the product so ordered another brand and it did not have the same effect so I am now back on Now Pycnogenol and will continue to only buy this brand!!
