I discovered upon testing this gamepad that several buttons were not functional, and while I was able to repair it, this item was in a significantly more used condition than described in the auction. Although this DVD came out several years ago, I was not aware of it. A friend suggested it to me, and I am glad she did! It really is common sense, but I certainly needed a "common sense" reminder. I played it daily for the first month. I needed to reprogram my thinking since over the last few years I had begun eating "convenience" foods regularly. I am happy to say I am now "back on track". My current life doesn't allow me to follow the recommendations to the letter, but the adjustments I made have enabled me to lose a few pounds and have more energy. I do recommend it to others, especially if like myself they have no health insurance. vital information for health....everyone should see FOODMATTERS
everyone should see FOODMATTERS..... eye opening information vital to a healthy life. This little movie made the biggest difference in my life. I really see how choices we make in our daily life can change our health for the better. My perspective on the medical profession and drug companies has changed in that I believe education has been slanted toward drugs, drugs, and more drugs instead of healthy choices in what we eat eat, vitamins, and options in treating illness.everyone should see FOODMATTERS..... eye opening information vital to a healthy life. This little movie made the biggest difference in my life. I really see how choices we make in our daily life can change our health for the better. My perspective on the medical profession and drug companies has changed in that I believe education has been slanted toward drugs, drugs, and more drugs instead of healthy choices in what we eat eat, vitamins, and options in treating illness.

it was a eye opener
