    Great product

    I read somewhere that Swanson is up there in top 5 for vitamins and supplements so I got these on eBay cheaper than Swanson lol they are easy to swallow (gel caps) a hundred of them and with rose hips makes more vitamin c be absorbed! My liver doc recommended Swanson also for sure v c with rosehips they can tell if it your supplements are blowing well absorbed! So for me I will reorder about every 90 days I'm not big on LOTS of vitamin c cause 8 eat lots of fruits n veggies you just can't go wrong with these for good immune health
