Good seller. Heat press was shipped straight away, sightly dusty but no harm. There Was an issue with the item missing a crucial component which was not in the ad description, contacted the seller who responded straight away and agreed to issue a partial refund for the replacement/inconvenience. Cant fault the seller would 100% use again! 🌟

Arrived on time, & well packed. Shame it only lasted 3 1/2 minutes before the drive disintegrated. A search on the internet shows this is a common problem with this item, with no Draper spare parts.
Can t blame the seller for a bad design, & he did offer a full refund.
