When I received this new in box item, it had obviously been used, upon opening it, with scratches and ink on it. That said, I in no way feel the seller was aware of this. The seller had not opened the box to look inside and was very understanding and worked with me to reach a solution. They were professional and understanding in their interactions. Highly recommend!
