Of course it's not returnable because the ring tone is so low it would take a dog to hear it! That explains why it's described as "new open box" because when the seller discovered the ring tone was so long as to be nearly inaudible, he/she put it back in the box to sell on Ebay! Seller communication? Why bother? Clearly this individual is a cheat, so I won't waste my time on this Seller.
