Carrier FedEx driver never used intercom for delivery . As a retiree I know it's coming, ready, with cell earpiece to lobby intercom. Location 2, not registered on Ipad by FedEx; claimed DELIVERED but not found! System states you have no package! Why ? Not registered! Only texted delivery. Not found in secure room . Simple, use intercom, I'm home retired . No reason for any of my package to go to a location three blocks away, none ! I Schedule with intent to be home for all deliveries .
