Jim Butcher is a fine author. Harry Dresden keeps you wondering what will happen next and how he will manage to be successful. If you like magical mysteries, Harry Dresden is your man.

Peace in Chicago, the Nevernever, & under sea.
It's another page turner by Jim Butcher. Harry & Company embark on another hair raising adventure! I have to force myself to slow down and enjoy the writing. Harry's cultural references keep you laughing, but the perils he faces are of epic proportion. No spoilers here - read it for yourself.

Great to see Dresden return, but I wanted more!
It is a great setup for the next book. Thankfully, the next book is coming out very soon. It has been a long time, but Dresden is still Dresden. I liked the book, I would still buy it, but I felt a little let down when I came to the last page. I wanted more! All the characters were there, and we get to see a lot of Dresden's grandfather. If anything, the book really builds a grand picture of him. We get to learn further insights about the races and we get a return to the island! Murphey is back, Maggie is back, Molly is back. Even Thomas is back and he is the main focus of the book, even tho he doesn't have a lot to do in the book. I still have a lot of questions, but it seems like they will have to wait a few weeks.
