I thought long and hard before leaving negative feedback. I contacted the seller and she is aware of the situation. Top arrived with a strong chemical type odor. I washed it several times, soaked it in vinegar water, washed it with sanitizer, hung it outside for 4-5 days. There is still a hint of an odor. I traced the odor to the packaging and made seller aware. IMO when you sell, you are responsible not only for the item but the packaging you use. Top is cute but I'm done. It's in the garbage.
